Crypto-to-Fiat Conversion

When you load your Bitzaro Visa Card, your stablecoin (USDT or USDC) is converted to USD card balance for spending. Here's how the conversion works.

Step 1

Open the Card tab in your Bitzaro Wallet to see your card balance and recent card transactions.

Step 2

Tap Reload, then select the token you want to use to fund your card β€” USDT or USDC.

Step 3

Enter the USD amount you want to load to your card. The minimum reload amount is 50 USD. The total payment in your selected token (including the processing fee) is shown at the bottom of the screen. Tap Next.

Step 4

Review the Payment Confirmation screen. Verify the reload amount, payment method, token/network, conversion rate, and processing fee.

Step 5

Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your registered phone via WhatsApp, then tap Submit.

Step 6

Once verified, you'll see a Reload Successful confirmation. Funds appear on your card balance immediately and are ready to spend.

How Rates Are Determined

The conversion rate from your stablecoin (USDT/USDC) to USD is set by Bitzaro at the moment you confirm the reload. Because crypto markets move continuously, the rate at the time of reload may differ slightly from publicly listed exchange rates.

Final and Non-Reversible

Once a reload is processed:

  • The conversion is final, your USD card balance cannot be converted back to USDT or USDC. There is no reverse-reload or unload function.

  • The on-chain transaction is non-reversible.

  • No chargebacks are available for completed reloads.

  • Please confirm the USD amount carefully before tapping Confirm Reload.

Reload Fees

A processing fee is added to your reload amount and shown on the confirmation screen before you commit. The fee scales with the reload amount.

Merchant Refunds

If a merchant refunds a card transaction, the refund is credited back to your card balance in USD and remains spendable on your card. Refunded amounts cannot be converted back to crypto.
