Foreign exchange (FX) and ATM fees abroad

  • FX on purchases is handled automatically at the Visa network rate when you spend in a currency other than USD.

  • ATM operators may charge their own withdrawal fee — this is set by the ATM operator, not Bitzaro, and is shown on the screen before you confirm.

  • Exact FX margin and ATM fee values are listed in the live fee schedule on bitzaro.com.

Other charges

  • Refunds from a merchant are credited back to your card balance with no Bitzaro fee. The original reload fee is non-refundable.

  • Disputed and unauthorised transactions: no fee while the case is open. See How to Dispute a Card Transaction.

  • Inactive or closed cards: no monthly fee. The annual fee is not pro-rated if you cancel mid-cycle.

Note: Fees can change. We will give you at least 30 days' notice in the app and by email before any change to this schedule. Your continued use of the card after the notice period means you accept the new fees.
