How to Report Suspicious Activity

If you suspect any fraudulent, suspicious, or unauthorised activity related to your Bitzaro account or services, please report it to us immediately. Timely reporting helps us protect your account and investigate potential risks effectively.

1. What is considered suspicious activity?

You should report immediately if you notice:

  • unauthorised transactions or account activity;

  • requests for sensitive information (e.g. passwords, OTPs);

  • suspicious emails, messages, or links claiming to be from Bitzaro;

  • unusual login attempts or account access alerts; or

  • any activity that appears inconsistent with your normal usage.

2. How to report suspicious activity

You may report through the following channels:

a) In-App Reporting

  • Submit your report/inquiries via the form in ‘Contact Us’ on Bitzaro’s official website or App.

b) Email (General Support)

3. What information to include

To help us investigate efficiently, please provide:

  • Your full name and registered email address;

  • Description of the suspicious activity;

  • Date and time of occurrence;

  • Relevant transaction details (if any);

  • Screenshots, emails, or supporting evidence; and

  • Any other information you believe is relevant.

Incomplete reports may delay the investigation process.

4. What happens after you report

Once your report is received:

  • Our team will review and assess the case;

  • We may temporarily restrict or secure your account if necessary;

  • Additional information may be requested from you; and

  • Where required, the matter may be escalated to relevant authorities.

Bitzaro may take actions such as freezing transactions or accounts where suspicious activity is detected, in line with our AML/CFT obligations.

5. Response timeline

  • Initial acknowledgment: within 1–2 business days.

  • Investigation timeline: depends on complexity of the case.

Some investigations may take longer if they involve third parties or regulatory review.

6. How to protect yourself

If you suspect your account has been compromised:

  • Change your password immediately;

  • Enable two-factor authentication (2FA);

  • Do not share login credentials or verification codes; and

  • Monitor your account for any unusual activity.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their account and reporting issues promptly.

Prompt reporting is critical in helping us safeguard your account and investigate potential threats. If in doubt, report the activity immediately through Bitzaro’s official channels.
