requests for sensitive information (e.g. passwords, OTPs);
suspicious emails, messages, or links claiming to be from Bitzaro;

any activity that appears inconsistent with your normal usage.

You may report through the following channels:
a) In-App Reporting
Submit your report/inquiries via the form in ‘Contact Us’ on Bitzaro’s official website or App.
b) Email (General Support)
Please include ‘Suspicious Activity Report’ in the subject line.
3. What information to include
To help us investigate efficiently, please provide:
Your full name and registered email address;
Description of the suspicious activity;
Date and time of occurrence;
Relevant transaction details (if any);
Screenshots, emails, or supporting evidence; and
Any other information you believe is relevant.
Incomplete reports may delay the investigation process.
