App Troubleshooting: Common Issues

If you encounter issues with the Bitzaro app, here are the most common problems and how to fix them.

App Not Loading or Crashing

  1. Check your internet connection. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.

  2. Force close the app and reopen it.

  3. Restart your device.

  4. Update the app from the App Store / Google Play.

  5. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.

Reinstalling the app will not lose your wallet or funds. Your wallet is tied to your account credentials and is recovered automatically when you log back in.

Login Errors

  • Verify you're using the correct registered email.

  • Make sure you can access that email to receive the OTP.

  • If you've forgotten your Passcode, use Forgot Passcode on the login screen.

  • After repeated failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked. Contact [email protected] to unlock.

Transaction Stuck on Pending

A transaction may show as Pending while it confirms on the blockchain.

Most stablecoin transactions complete within 4–5 minutes.

Native asset transactions may take longer during network congestion. If a transaction has been stuck for over 30 minutes, contact support with the Transaction Hash.

Minimum Supported App Versions

To ensure security and stability, Bitzaro Wallet requires:

  • iOS: Minimum version

  • Android: Minimum version

If your device runs an older version, parts of the app may not function correctly. Update your device OS to continue using Bitzaro.
