If you've sent crypto to your Bitzaro Wallet address but don't see it credited yet, here are the most common causes and how to resolve each.
1. Wrong Network Selected (Most Common)
Each blockchain is a separate network. Sending USDT on Ethereum (ERC-20) to a TRON (TRC-20) address won't work. The funds may be stuck on the wrong chain or lost.
What to do: Always match the network used by the sender to the network shown on your Bitzaro Receive screen. Verify before sending.
2. Transaction Is Still Confirming
Each network requires a number of block confirmations before funds are credited:
Network Required Confirmations
Tron (TRC-20) - 4
Binance Smart Chain (BEP-20) - 4
Ethereum (ERC-20) - 5
Solana (SPL) - 4
Avalanche (ERC-20) - 4
Polygon (ERC-20) - 4
If a deposit shows status Processing, wait until enough blocks confirm.
3. Minimum Deposit Not Met
Very small "dust" deposits may not be credited. Always send a meaningful amount that covers any network minimums.
4. Unsupported Token Version
Some tokens (like USDT) exist on multiple networks. If a token version is sent to a network Bitzaro does not support for that asset, it will not be credited.
5. Address Copied Incorrectly
If only part of the address was copied, or the wrong address was used. The funds may have been sent to a different recipient.
What to Do If Your Deposit Is Stuck
Step 1
Open Transaction History in your wallet to see all incoming and outgoing transactions, grouped by date.
Step 2
Find the deposit row and tap into it to view transaction details, including network, amount, block confirmations, transaction hash, and status.
Step 3
If the transaction shows Completed but funds are missing, contact [email protected] with:
