How to Buy Crypto in the App

You can purchase USDT and other supported assets directly inside Bitzaro Wallet using fiat currency, powered by our integrated OnRamp service.

Before You Buy: KYC Verification Required

Buying crypto with fiat is only available to accounts that have completed identity verification (KYC). KYC is performed inside the Bitzaro app after you register with your email, through our verification partner Sumsub.

What you'll need to submit:

  • Full legal name

  • Government-issued ID β€” IC (MyKad) or Passport

  • Residential address

  • Live selfie / face verification

How to check your status:

If your account is not yet verified, your status will show as Not Verified. You'll need to complete KYC before you can buy crypto. Once your KYC is approved, you can proceed with the steps below.

Step 1

From the home page of your wallet, tap Buy.

Step 2

Enter the amount you want to buy, select the token (e.g., USDT) and the network (e.g., TRC-20). Your destination address auto-populates with your Bitzaro wallet address.

Step 3

Review the OnRamp landing page, acknowledge the disclaimers, and continue.

Step 4

Select your fiat currency (e.g., USD) and your payment method (e.g., Credit & Debit Card).

Step 5

Choose the specific card or payment provider, then proceed.

Step 6

Review the checkout summary, including the amount, fees, and destination address.

Step 7

Complete payment. Once processing finishes, you'll see an order summary with the full breakdown: token amount, network fee, processing fee, and total paid.

Fee Structure

When you buy crypto with fiat, the total cost includes:

  • Price: The fiat value of the crypto you're buying at the current rate.

  • Network Fee: Charged for transferring the purchased crypto to your wallet on-chain. Processing Fee: Charged for processing your fiat payment.

  • The total amount you pay is shown on the checkout screen before you confirm.

  • Limits Minimum and maximum purchase amounts are displayed on the buy page. Limits may vary by region, payment method, and your account verification level. The OnRamp service is powered by Bitzaro. Available payment methods, fees, and limits may vary by location.
