Understanding Your Bitzaro Card Transactions

How to view transaction history in app, reading transaction details, pending vs settled, merchant names.

The Bitzaro Wallet app keeps a full record of every card transaction. Here is how to view and understand your transaction history.

Viewing Your Transaction History

  1. Open the Bitzaro Wallet app and go to the Card section.

  2. Tap any transaction to view the details including amount, date, time, and status.

Transaction Statuses

Status

What it means

Pending

Settled

Authorised but not yet fully processed. Funds are held but not yet deducted from your balance.

Transaction is complete. Funds have been deducted from your card balance.

Declined

Payment was not approved.

Refunded

A merchant has returned funds to your card balance. Per Bitzaro’s terms, refunds are credited back to your card, not your wallet.

About Merchant Names

Merchants may appear under their registered business name rather than the brand name you recognise. If you see a charge you don’t immediately recognise, check whether someone else used your card before raising a dispute.

About Conversions

When you spend, your USDT or USDC is converted to fiat at the prevailing exchange rate set by Bitzaro. All conversations are final and non-reversible once executed. Bitzaro is not liable for fluctuations in digital asset value.

Pending transactions can take 3-5 business days to settle depending on the merchant. Your available card balance reflects settled transactions only.
