If your card is misplaced, you suspect unauthorized use, or you want to pause spending temporarily, you can freeze your card instantly from the Bitzaro Wallet app. Unfreezing is just as fast.
How to Freeze Your Bitzaro Card
Open the Bitzaro Wallet app and go to the Card section.
Tap the card image for more actions.
Select the Freeze Card toggle.
Your card is frozen immediately. All new transaction attempts will be declined.
How to Unfreeze Your Bitzaro Card
Return to the Card section in the app.
Tap the card image for more actions.
Select the Unfreeze Card toggle.
Your card reactivates instantly and is ready to use.
What Happens While Your Card is Frozen

If you believe your card has been used without your authorization, freeze it immediately and contact [email protected]. Per Bitzaro’s Terms of Use, unauthorized transactions must be reported within 24 hours to be eligible for dispute protection.
