To complete your identity verification (KYC), please ensure you provide a valid and acceptable form of identification and follow the guidelines below.

Document Requirements

Your ID document must meet the following criteria:

  • Valid and not expired

  • Clear and readable

  • Original document (no screenshots or photocopies)

  • All four corners must be visible

  • Information must match the details submitted during KYC

Selfie & Liveness Requirements

As part of the verification process, you may be required to complete a selfie or liveness check.

Please ensure:

  • Your face is fully visible

  • You are in a well-lit environment

  • Hats, sunglasses, masks, or face coverings are removed

  • Follow all on-screen instructions carefully

  • Only one person appears in the frame

Photo Quality Tips

To avoid delays or rejection, ensure your submission meets the following standards:

  • Clear and in focus

  • Taken in good lighting

  • Full document visible

  • Natural, unedited colours

Avoid:

  • Blurry or out-of-focus images

  • Glare or reflections

  • Cropped or cut-off edges

  • Black-and-white images

  • Edited or filtered photos

If your verification is unsuccessful, you may try again by:
