How Clients Pay a Bitzaro Invoice

Creating an Invoice

Merchants create invoices within a Project. Invoices are tied to Group Wallets, which manage fund segregation by project.

Sending to Payers

You have two options for sending an invoice to the payer:

In-System Payment:
Payer receives invoice within Bitzaro and pays directly. They pay an additional fixed amount in USDT to cover Gas.
Onetime Link:
Payer receives a link (no Bitzaro login needed), views invoice details, and sends payment from their own wallet. Bitzaro covers the Gas fee.

Payer Experience (Onetime Link)

1. Receives invoice link (no login required)

2. Views invoice with merchant name and amount

3. Selects blockchain to pay on

4. Copies payment address or scans QR code

5. Sends payment from their wallet (partial payments accepted, Gas covered by Bitzaro)

Immediate Fund Transfer

Unlike WAAS Lite, Invoicing uses its own Onetime Payment logic and transfers funds immediately. As soon as a payment is received, it's automatically forwarded to your LOW/MED/HIGH wallet β€” you don't wait for the full invoice amount. This is critical for large invoices where merchants need immediate access to partial payments.
