The Collection Flow
When a customer pays your Onetime order, funds flow through several stages:
Customer sends payment to your generated address (partial payments accepted)
System accumulates payments per chain until the order amount is reached
Once PAID status is triggered, wallet screening occurs once per chain
LOW/MED risk β automatically merged and transferred to Merchant Balance
HIGH risk β merchant must manually approve/reject (reject = refund to source)
Risk Wallet Structure
Your merchant account has three segregated risk wallets (LOW, MED, HIGH) that organize funds by risk level. Compliant funds are automatically routed to the appropriate wallet. This separation helps you manage exposure and complies with risk-based protocols.
Self-Healing: Automatic Risk Migration
WAAS Lite continuously monitors the source addresses of incoming payments. If an address's risk level increases after payment (e.g., LOW becomes MED), the system automatically migrates your funds to the higher-risk wallet and logs all migrations in Replace History. This prevents high-risk funds from reaching exchanges and causing account freezes. Monitoring stops once an address reaches HIGH risk.
